This policy applies to all authors who have made payments for article processing or publication charges. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund requests are considered only if they comply with the journal’s refund conditions. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed by the editorial office, and the decision is final.
