Natural Resource Governance Arrangement Based on the Principle of Social Justice
Abstract
The regulation of natural resource governance has so far been less able to fulfill the principle of social justice. The principle of justice is not only in natural resources but also occurs in the principle of social justice by ignoring the rights of the community. The regulation of natural resource governance is carried out with the aim of improving and increasing the capacity of natural resource management and environmental functions based on the principle of social justice. In addition, in implementing natural resource governance, it is also based on the principles of transparency, participation and accountability.
