The International Journal of Judicial Law (IJJL) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and follows principles consistent with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
Duties of Authors
Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal must ensure that:
- The work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

- Any potential conflict of interest is clearly disclosed.
- Data presented in the manuscript is accurate and not fabricated or falsified.

Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate submission, or unethical research practices are strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism Policy
- All submitted manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection tools.
- Manuscripts with significant plagiarism or unethical overlap are rejected.
- Proper quotation and citation are mandatory for reused content.
- Self-plagiarism and redundant publication are not permitted.
Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for:
- Making publication decisions based on academic merit and relevance.
- Ensuring a fair, unbiased, and confidential review process.

- Avoiding conflicts of interest.
- Addressing ethical complaints or allegations of misconduct appropriately.

Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers are expected to:

- Declare any conflict of interest before accepting a review.
- Identify relevant published work that has not been cited.
- Report suspected ethical issues to the editorial office.
Confidentiality
All manuscripts submitted to the journal are treated as confidential documents. Information related to submissions is not disclosed to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, and editorial staff.
Conflict of Interest
Any financial, academic, or personal relationships that could influence the research or its evaluation must be disclosed by authors, reviewers, and editors.
Corrections, Retractions & Withdrawals
The journal reserves the right to:
- Publish corrections or clarifications when necessary
- Retract articles in cases of proven misconduct
- Withdraw submissions at any stage if ethical violations are identified
All such actions are taken in accordance with COPE guidelines.
Complaints & Appeals
