The Authority of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court to issue a judicial order
Abstract
The research examines the authority of the Federal Supreme Court to issue legal order of jurisdiction. This can be done by identifying the nature of the Federal Supreme Court, by establishing the court in accordance with its internal law and the applicable constitution. It also addresses the jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court in accordance with its internal law and the applicable constitution. The research also addressed the jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court over writs of jurisdiction, by examining the scope of the Federal Supreme Court's jurisdiction over writs of jurisdiction in terms of oversight and regulatory nature. Finally, it explores the legal regulation of issuing writs of jurisdiction, by examining the conditions and procedures necessary for issuing writs of jurisdiction, and the extent of the validity of writs issued by the court.
